North Qld Construction Consulting was founded by Managing Director, Barry Switzer in 2004 when it restructured from the Sole Trader status business of `Barry Switzer Drafting Service’, which commenced part-time operations in 1974, and full-time operations in 1985.

Today, we are a leading and innovative Townsville-based construction consulting business who provide drafting services, building design and project management. Our clients include the residential, education, commercial and industrial sectors both in Australia and overseas.
